CDRCN Wellbeing Programmes

Online wellbeing hubThe Department for Communities and Department of Health have launched an online Covid Wellbeing NI hub.   The hub aims to support peoples mental and emotional wellbeing with information, self-help guides and information about how to seek support.  Patients can access the wellbeing hub directly on the minding your head website at www.mindingyourhead.info
