WE HAVE A 24HR 7 DAYS A WEEK REPEAT PRESCRIPTION LINE ON OUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM PLEASE SELECT OPTION 2 AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.  PLEASE ALLOW 48HRS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE PROCESSED.

Patient Registration

If you wish to register with the practice, you should bring your signed medical card to reception. If you do not have a medical card, the receptionist will provide the appropriate registration form.  Please also provide photographic ID when registering.

When a patient is registered, they will receive an appointment for a New Patient Health Check with the Practice Nurse. It would be helpful if the patient could provide a list of current medication, immunisations (babies red book) allergies and any other relevant information.
