A helpline has been set up for anyone in Northern Ireland who has travelled to China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Macau in the past 14 days.

WE HAVE A 24HR 7 DAYS A WEEK REPEAT PRESCRIPTION LINE ON OUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM PLEASE SELECT OPTION 2 AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.  PLEASE ALLOW 48HRS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE PROCESSED.

Minor Ailment Scheme

What is the Minor Ailment Scheme?
 
The aim is that patients will present for advice and treatment for minor ailments at a pharmacy rather than a GP practice. Patients may self-refer, be referred by a pharmacist or by a GP practice or out-of-hours GP.

      • Athlete' foot
      • Acute Diarrhoea
      • Ear Wax
      • Groin area infection
      • Haemorrhoids
      • Head lice
      • Mouth Ulcers
      • Scabies
      • Threadworms
      • Oral Thrush
      • Vaginal Thrush
      • Verrucae 

The Minor Aliment Scheme is a free scheme to the public.
