WE HAVE A 24HR 7 DAYS A WEEK REPEAT PRESCRIPTION LINE ON OUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM PLEASE SELECT OPTION 2 AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.  PLEASE ALLOW 48HRS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE PROCESSED.

Due to the high volume of calls being received daily, the receptionists will be unable to take ANY repeat prescription requests over the telephone. Please use the repeat prescription answering machine which is accessible 24 hours a day or tick the items required on the slips provided and drop into the letter box in either surgery.

Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.

Please allow at least 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
